Service Advisor and Service Technician diagnosed the problem and ordered the replacement parts. A transmission line leak was also observed and added to the repair order. As a new Ray Chevrolet customer, I found the on-line and in-person sales processes to be clear and well organized. Our salesperson, Jonathan was professional and very knowledgeable about the vehicle we pur in-person sales processes to be clear and well organized.
