When I spoke with Jeff Hapoienu, I felt he was concerned about my previous experiences and that he wanted me to have a good experience with Lexus--I felt a sense of care about me and the decision I was trying to make. He did not try to push any decision onto me but rather gave me the facts and figures so that I could come to my own conclusion as to what was the best decision for me (i.e., lease a new vehicle or buy my current vehicle). He spent a tremendous amount of time with me, reviewed every single one of my questions and concerns, and never made me feel like I was under time pressure or that my questions were an annoyance. Ultimately, I decided to lease a new vehicle and am extremely happy with my decision. I have owned and leased 2 Lexuses. I had an Infinity for the past 3 years,and instead of the new Q50, I chose a new Lexus G350. The end of year deal was too good to turn down. On both lease occasions he quoted me a very fair price first so there was no need for back and forth negotiations and he never needed to "check with his sales manager" a negotiating technique that I despise. Both my cars were delivered on time in perfect condition and at the agreed upon price. My second deal was done completely over the phone and I only saw Steve when I swapped out my car.
