My wife and I began shopping for a new car about two months ago and we went to various dealerships, meeting sales people and test driving different ca My wife and I began shopping for a new car about two months ago and we went to various dealerships, meeting sales people and test driving different cars. We were close to purchasing another sedan, when a friend of mine suggested that we make an appointment to meet Noel Greenstein at Ray Catena Lexus. My friend had a great experience with Noel and thought that we should consider talking to him before finalizing any deals we might be considering. Initially I was a little hesitant, since we have a 2005 Lexus with 163,000 miles and I really wanted to purchase a different vehicle since every make and model we test drove had its own unique appeal. And after driving the same car fro nine years, we were ready for some new adventures! However, given how many people have less than positive experiences with car sales people, I figured we should see what was so exceptional about Mr. Greenstein. I made an appointment and spent an afternoon test driving both the Lexus ES350 and ES 300 Hybrid. I was impressed with the luxury of both cars and the many safety features as well as their great navigation system. And while I liked both cars, my wife felt that to be able to get 40 miles to the gallon in the city and 39 on the highway with the hybrid helped make our decision easier. I didn't think we could buy a luxurious car for under $50,000 that has great features and get that kind of mileage. We also decided that we would lease the car and we asked if we could pay our three years up front to avoid paying monthly interest and we were able to get an exceptional deal that made us very happy. This could be then end of my review, except that when I went to pick up our new car, I had a lot of concerns about all the new features and I was a little nervous about driving off without getting a personal tutorial. Mr. Greenstein calmed my nerves, when he introduced me to Joe Napolitano, who spent the next hour reviewing with me every detail of how to program the navigation system, use the built in Bluetooth technology and answering every question as if he had nothing he'd rather do than teach me how to have the most fun possible with my new Lexus! Joe even urged me to call him if I had any other questions or concerns and literally within five minutes of leaving the dealership, my wife called me and I couldn't figure out how to answer the phone, while driving the car! I pulled over and called Joe who insisted that he call me back and walk me through the very simple steps! Joe is now on my speed dial and his patience and warmth is an added bonus to anyone who is lucky enough to buy a car from Ray Catena's Lexus dealership. More
