He is knowledgeable and listens to his customers concerns and needs. He then places you in the perfect car for you. He never pressures you. He allows the car to sell itself. He answers all your questions. He values your time and your business. I cannot recommend Mike more highly. He has made my three experiences at Ray Catena easy and pleasant. My time was highly considered as well as my needs. I have to say that my 50+ miles trip from Morganville NJ was worth every mile of driving to meet with this professional group of people.
