He has a such a calm and fun demeanor and I love the no-nonsense mentality he has. He is full of integrity and genuine care for you as a person- so much more so than making a sale. We narrowed our search to 2 cars- bit of a difference in price as far as monthly payments and he helped sort us through questions/comparisons and was completely objective. Once we chose the vehicle we loved, Chuck (my new bud, little does he know lol) handed me over to Jeremy- the finance guy and talk about a smoooooooth process. NEVER has buying a car been so painless and exciting. I felt not only safe but truly cared for. From the great car selection to incredible customer service, I can’t imagine a better experience!!! Fast, Friendly and Reasonably Priced I bought two BMWs from Rausch and have both serviced there. My daughters X5 threw a warning message on the display. Dropped it off to Matt and Chanc the next morning. They checked the message, diagnosed it and gave me a call with the issue. Authorized the work over the phone and was picked up that afternoon. Just for grins, I called the dealer to see what the cost would have been... They wanted 3 TIMES the price!!! Matt and Chanc are the best. They are never too busy to stop and answer all your questions and just chat for a while. I'll never go anywhere else. And when my other car with 350K finally dies. Guess where I'm getting my third car. And guess who will service it. Rausch!!! More

We had already been to several of "the big" dealerships and just weren't impressed. I live in Parker so we decided to look at Rausch Motors. Thank goodness we did. We met with Chuck, told him our price range (under $15k) and he set up some cars to test drive, gave us great insight to different Brands and models. He was informative, knowledgeable, funny & most importantly to me - low pressure. We ended up buying a BMW - X3. I feel we got a great car at a reasonable price !! Chuck assisted me in taking the car I was interested in for a test drive, and was open to any and all questions I had. He even recommended certain things to check while driving the car to make sure I was fully satisfied. I was on an extremely tight budget but was in love with this car and he helped figure out a way to make it work for me. Jeremy helped me find a warranty that I was able to fit into my budget as well and was very helpful and detailed in explaining everything in regards to the buying process. I even had an issue with an insurance check not showing up on time that was being used for a downpayment and instead of demanding money, they were happy to let me pick up the car and bring the check as soon as it arrived. I was blown away by the customer service here. No one was overbearing or pushy. They were extremely patient and understanding and truly wanting to help ME rather than just make a sale. This was my first car buying experience and I feel very grateful that it was with Rausch Motors. Thank you again to Jeremy and Chuck for your kind hospitality. More

Fast and Easy Car Buying I called to check business/holiday hours and was greeted by Chuck. He was very personable and asked if there was a specific car I was interested in. After scheduling a test drive, Chuck called back to let us know the inspection had not yet been done on the car we were interested in, but we would be moved to the top of the pile if we decided we wanted the vehicle. After driving 3 hours to the dealership from where we live, the process of test driving and purchasing the vehicle was smooth and fast. The lounge was nice and stocked with water and tea/coffee, as well as books and a tv for the little ones to enjoy while waiting. The price of the car was fair and all of our questions were answered to our satisfaction. We have to wait for the inspection to be completed before actually getting to drive our new car away, but that turn around shouldn’t take too long and we are glad to know that any problems will be taken care of before we take possession. After finalizing the deal with Chuck, we moved to financing and signing all of the needed paperwork with Rich. He was fast and efficient so there wasn’t a lot of waiting time like I have experienced when previously purchasing from other places. We signed our names, shook hands, and left happy! Overall, I would absolutely recommend working with this dealership, especially with Chuck, for your car needs. Honest and nice guy from start to finish! Excellent Experience, Great used car! I called Rausch Motors after seeing a car I was interested on Cargurus. I spoke with Chuck and from the start he was great to work with. He texted me his contact info and emailed the CarFax for the car I was interested in. I made an appointment to check out the car and when I got there everyone was very nice and there was no pressure to "push" a car on me. I was handed the keys and off I went, usually a salesman goes along on a test drive and you can't really "experience" the car but not here, total trust! Chuck helped me get a great price on my not so perfect trade in. Chuck also introduced me to the owners, very personable and genuine. I met with Jeremy for the financials, very helpful and easy to work with. All around this was a very positive car buying experience! More
