Wonderful car dealership I was looking for a better car, one that didn't break down after a year. I looked online & found a car I have been wanting a Toyota Prius, went & look I was looking for a better car, one that didn't break down after a year. I looked online & found a car I have been wanting a Toyota Prius, went & looked at it at Rausch Motors in Parker. This was my first time going to a dealership, so of course I was nervous hearing horror stories about dealerships. Chuck was really nice & showed me the 2 cars that I saw online & the price but wasn't sure so told him I had to think about it. He was not pushy at all. I came back & got my car. They did everything to make sure I could pay the monthly payment being a single parent & a warranty. Got the car home & the battery died. Next day they towed it back to there shop & took care of it at no cost. Haven't had any thing else wrong with the car other then new tires or oil change after 2 years! This place is wonderful I would definitely recommend Rausch Motor & go see Chuck wonderful person! More

Look elsewhere! We went to test drive a car Saturday. 5 minutes into the test drive the car dies and we lose all power in the middle of traffic. Told us BMW mechanic would look at it and he would call Monday with what the issue was. He didn't say anything else, just wanted us out of the car. Probably so he could get back to a sale. We heard nothing on Monday, then he sends me a text on Tuesday with pictures of another BMW telling me the other was sold on Monday. Total shady way of doing business. We were never contacted and assumed he put a hold on the car. Clearly just interested in a sale no matter who buys it. We will never go back and suggest others look elsewhere. I couldn't put zero stars or I would have. You are correct I did text that as I was angry and it was uncalled for and wish the buyer no ill will as it was not their fault. Also, had we walked away from a working car on the lot to think about it I would assume there is a chance of it selling, as this has happened to me and that is my fault. This, however, was a vehicle towed to the shop not working. I was told I would be called Monday with the outcome from the mechanic. Had no reason to think it was still going to be shown and heard nothing until Tuesday and never told there were perspective buyers also interested. Lesson learned I guess. Thank you More

I felt like I was doing business with a friend, the paperwork was quick and easy. What really impressed us was the service work had been done prior to even listing the vehicle. I was very leery of going through a dealership. Working with this company has certainly changed my mind. I would do business with Rausch again and recommend them. More

We ran into numerous shady and questionable car dealerships in Denver but this is one you can TRUST. We will definitely work with them when we go to purchase another vehicle. I was so impressed, however, with the competitive sales prices of the vehicles and, more importantly, the helpful and no pressure customer service from Marty Olsen, that I ended up buying a car from Rausch. Marty was very forthcoming and helpful with providing information about the car that I was interested in and was able to get me approved for financing very quickly and at a good rate. Both Marty and Bob Rausch worked with me on the price to make sure I was happy with my purchase and felt confident that it was a great deal for me and my family. And everybody, including Rich Marshall, stayed late on a Monday night to get all of the financing paperwork signed and taken care of. After dealing with a couple of other dealerships, Rausch Motors was by far the best. Thank you! More

Phenomenal Service!! I had the good fortune last weekend to randomly pick Rausch Motors when looking to buy a car. They are amazing! After dealing with numerous other dealerships and their sales people that were either pushy or inattentive or clearly manipulating the truth. I am beyond happy with Rausch. Vinnie in sales and Rich in finance made the process painless and easy. I had sold my car and Vinnie even came and picked me up in Elizabeth! Everything that they said remained true, no last minute “unexpected” changes with financing and when I got there everything was ready to go so I didn’t have to be there all day. I needed a complicated financing deal which they diligently worked on and put together to make it possible for me to get the car. HIGHLY recommend them! More
