I didn't get that experience until I found Chuck at Rausch Motors thru carsdirect.com. He listened and cared enough to get me into that reliable used vehicle within my budget without the xx and pressure of those big wigs. They offer an amazing extended warranty option for all their used vehicles. I haven't been able to find one that compares. I was able to trade in my older car with no other downpayment available to me. The financing options they have are incredible and so reasonable. . . Only days after leaving with my vehicle, Rich in finance called to let me know he was able to find a better loan payment option for me on my vehicle. . . Who does that???  I thought I was already getting the best option available for me with my bad/no credit, but I was wrong. "They mean what they say" &  "Do what they say they'll do" at Rausch Motors. . . To know that they still have my back even after I had left their lot has made me a customer for as long as I am able to drive. I recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to give them a chance. They made it possible for me to do it all by myself without requiring a cosigner; which is also another first for me. Great Dealership! Saw an ad on craigslist, put in an online inquiry on a BMW, heard back instantly from Adam. Very kind and no pressure which was good. I'm from Wyoming so I drove about 2.5 hours to make the deal. The staff was very friendly and helpful, kind of an odd location but the service was so good it made you forget that part. The car was in great shape, got a reasonable amount for my trade in. I was a little shocked that when I drove off I had no windshield fluid.....other then that no concerns, great deal and great business! Would definitely return in the future! I was a little disappointed until the salesman Chuck asked what exactly I was looking for in a vehicle. After I explained he pointed me in the direction of a 2011 Jeep Patriot. I ended up loving it and purchased it the same day. The vehicle is in great condition and I am truly happy with this dealership.
