When he didn't know the answer to one of my questions, he immediately called over one of the owners Bob Rausch who answered it. Finally got the truck I wanted. I'd been looking for a truck for a great many months. I found Rausch on Autotrader.com. They had exactly what I wanted. I went in to look at it. Appar I'd been looking for a truck for a great many months. I found Rausch on Autotrader.com. They had exactly what I wanted. I went in to look at it. Apparently, I wasn't quite ready that day. No pressure, Mark and I agreed if it was still there when I became ready then that would be the right time. A day later I realized I had accidentally left my driver license at Rausch. Mark kept it safe for me for a week. I had to drive back and pick it up, no worse for wear. Over the next couple weeks I looked at some other Rangers. Once I had a sense of what was available I thought Rausch deserved a second look. They let me take the truck on an extended test drive to show my mechanic. With a thumbs up from my guy I went back. Bob worked with me on price and we struck a deal that night. They stayed until 8pm on a Friday. I realize that is nothing in the car sales game, but to me it means something. A few days later Rich noticed something incorrect on the deal we signed. He called me back in to resign. I like that. The wrong deal would have made them more money but Rich knew it wasn't what I wanted so he made sure we got it fixed. Attention to detail and honesty is paramount. To sum up; great people, nice vehicles, fair pricing and they will do right by you. More

Out of state purchase I live in East Central New Mexico and I had searched for a F-350 with certain spec in a certain price range. I could not find anything within 200 miles of Clovis New Mexico like I was wanting. I expanded my search and found what I was looking for and called the dealer and spoke with Chuck. This was the smoothest vehicle purchase I have ever made! Chuck was down to earth and just a good person to talk to. It was very easy Chuck answered all my questions as I had many with being out of state and not being able to go test drive or see the pickup. Chuck said they delivered and we visited a while and I bought the pickup the transaction was very smooth! I like dealing with people that are just good honest people. Everyone I talked was really easy going to talk to. Thank you to Chuck, Jud, and Bob! I will be dealing with y'all in the future for sure! More
