Service was for oil change and inspection. Not tire rotation as was also included the request at check in. Corrected that . then I was quoted incorrect price for oil change and told the wrong Not tire rotation as was also included the request at check in. ( coupon sent by dealer/Cadillac) The inspection machine would not work so could not complete that service. Spent 2 plus hours waiting to be charged more for less services. Will be getting inspection somewhere else unless Cadillac or randy marion wants to compensate me somehow ? More
