Jacob McMillen was my service advisor and he was awesome. I was in there for 3 separate issues in short succession and he made each visit quick and painless. He was ready for me each time and I never had I was in there for 3 separate issues in short succession and he made each visit quick and painless. He was ready for me each time and I never had to wait when I dropped off or picked up. He explained everything so I could understand it and even reached out to Subaru to help me out with an out-of-warranty service that would have been a lot more expensive had he not done that.
