Glad they found the problem with defective battery. We are new(ish) in town, and didn’t buy our Subie from Randy Marion, but I had an issue with my driver’s side front window not rolling back up. I called to see when I could get it in and the nice lady who Randy Marion, but I had an issue with my driver’s side front window not rolling back up. I called to see when I could get it in and the nice lady who answered the phone saw to it that I got it in that same day, without me even asking!! Mike in the service department went above and beyond to help me when I got it there. Mike, in the service department was very kind and despite their busy schedule, took the time to listen to the problem, explain possible scenarios that could be the issue and got it looked at right away. The mechanics got it to roll up and down smoothly in less that 30 min (they were awesome too!)! Mike gave me a quote for if parts needed to be replaced down the road, and didn’t even charge me for getting the window back up! We will definitely come back here for all our service needs!
