Very happy with service department. Kathryn, my service advisor, was very helpful on my initial visit helping get some IT issues resolved (my lack of understanding, not car problem). Kathryn, my service advisor, was very helpful on my initial visit helping get some IT issues resolved (my lack of understanding, not car problem). She has been helpful and friendly on each routine maintenance visit. This visit was an hour longer than expected due to brake rotors having to be resurfaced (20K on car which is disappointing but not a service department issue). 100 miles later, brake vibration is gone and we'll see how long that lasts(2022 Outback Limited XT). More
