I walked onto the lot to look, not planning to buy anything that day. Adam asked if he could show me any of the cars and I told him I was just looking and didn't need any help, just as I do all salespeople. When I found a few cars I was interested in I walked back over to him and asked to drive one. He offered to get me more information on the vehicle such as the CarFax, he knew the prices of the cars I was looking at without having to look them up, and also knew the differences in the vehicles I was looking at without having to look at inventory invoices. I could tell he was very good at reading people because he didn't try to get me to buy something much more expensive than the car I was interested in. I would have bought elsewhere had I felt pressured by him. Great experience, knowledgeable guy! More
