My Family has done all of our car shopping at this dealership. Today I drove away in a brand new Jeep Wrangler. Gracie and Steve from the sales team were much more than helpful, and made sure i was ed dealership. Today I drove away in a brand new Jeep Wrangler. Gracie and Steve from the sales team were much more than helpful, and made sure i was educated and completely satisfied with my purchase and myself before I drove off the Lot. What i liked most about Gracie is that she had such a drive to sell a vehicle to me, but to be certain of my satisfaction, without the nagging persistence of a high pressure sale. She was friendly and allowed me to take my time with test driving this Jeep and gave me so much grace and space to make my final decision to buy this Jeep. I will no doubt Keep this jeep for a very long time, however if my mind changes, Gracie is who I would go talk to about my next vehicle. More
Terrible dealership! Ordered a 2023 JLU Wrangler in June from Josh Hutchens. He took deposit and I never received POC. Found out a month later that he no longer works there. Got my POC and estimated delivery from Scott Watts and waited for that day to come. Flew to Charlotte and they offered to pick me up at airport, 2 hrs. later the van pulls up. The driver had been going to a different pickup zone at the airport and couldn’t find me. His phone wasn’t getting signal so I couldn’t communicate with him. Gracie Woody was assigned over my sale purchase and she ended up not being at the dealership when I arrived. Anyway, I get to the dealership and my Jeep doesn’t have a body colored top like I ordered. The assistant Manager said they couldn’t do anything for me and that’s why Josh didn’t work there anymore. Sorry about my luck. Gave them a bad review in an email follow up survey. Received a call from the manager an hour later about the review. He called me everything but stupid for the airport mixup. Wouldn’t address the top issue and kept talking over top of me. He said his piece and hung up on me. Poor representation of Stellantis. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to them. More

A salesperson was very quick to respond to my inquiry and set up an appointment. The appointment seemed to be going well, including a test drive. I noticed the lot price was different than the online price and he assured me that they would go by the online price. When it came to paperwork time w/potential trade-in, he came back and apologized. The internet price was a gross "typo," but they could cut the price by $1,000. I asked if it would make a difference to speak with their internet person and he said, "No, if you read the fine print, our people have an out." Huge disappointment to drive an hour and lose a good portion of the day (4th of July). I should have trusted my instincts and paid attention to the poor ratings of this dealership online. More
