One example is them proactively lining up a rental car for me to use while my car was being fixed, even though it was only a 5 hour project. One great thing they have going is they are aware of any issues that different models have, and keep parts in stock! No more waiting for days for a part to come in... He allowed us to look, to test drive, to look, to have private conversations and to make our minds up in a low pressure way. When we said we had an appointment to make for our dog with the Vet, he understood and took our word we would return later. Once our mind was made up to purchase a beautiful used CTS, he allowed me use of his computer to print items from USAA Federal Savings Bank. After, he introduced us to Susie Lsxton, the Business Manager, who walked us through the process and mentioned their finance company was offering a lower rate and a 1500.00 manufacturer's rebate. She did this very professionally and without pressure. We took the offer and Susie made it extremely easy to work through the paperwork. When we picked up the car, Steve Groner took a lot of time to explain to my wife the special features of the CTS and made sure she was comfortable to explain them to me since I was not available.
