I got little to no help I was excited to go to Rand’s after seeing their selection of SUVs and reading the reviews. However, my experience did not live up to the hype. Parker I was excited to go to Rand’s after seeing their selection of SUVs and reading the reviews. However, my experience did not live up to the hype. Parker was over the moon helpful, which is the only positive aspect of my experience. I test drove a few vehicles and found one I was excited to purchase. But when it came time to talk numbers, there wasn’t a sales manager in sight. We waited for over 25 minutes for him to get to us which, if you’re trying to make a sale-the first sale of the day at that location, you’d think you’d be more prepared. When the sales manager FINALLY arrived, it felt like he was just barking numbers and percentages at us to convince us that their prices are the best. While that may be true, maybe understanding your audience and speaking to us like humans would’ve gone a longer way. We walked away from that sale and will not be returning. Save yourself the headache and the time and go somewhere else. More

I absolutely hate the car buying game. That being said I bought my first car here and since bought multiple vehicles here and been happy every time.
