I have been a long time Subaru owner - since 1977. For the past many years i have serviced my cars at the Ramsey Service Dept. where I have never been disappointed, and many many times, delighted. Our overall experience buying the new Impreza was very positive. Alex Petrushin gave us a very reasonable price for the vehicle. I had no idea I was going to leave with a new car.. I was just browsing. I entered and Brian introduced himself right away. He was very friendly. The best part of Brian is he wasn't pushy at all, he told me to take brochure look them over and if I have any other question to give him a call. He did show me one of each before I left. I was walking toward my car and turned around and told Brian I want the legacy he showed me. The idea of him not pushing any car on me just for a sale was awesome. Now I own the legacy.. I had several issues and Brian had them resolved within a few days. I felt that my wife and I were getting all the attention that was needed on my inquires with follow up calls and resolutions. I am a no nonsense person that has no time to deal with sneaky, unprofessional, and rude salespeople; you know what I mean if you ever bought a car. Caitlyn demonstrated none of these negative traits that I have listed. She is a model salesperson that every salesperson should possess. She has the right personality and attitude that should be part of Subaru's management team. She didn't try to pressure me or sell me equipment that I did not need and displayed great patience. More
