I made their job easy, they made my job of making a large life decision incredibly easy, straight forward and simple. The financing arm was also a well oiled machine. When I came to pick up the car and finalize the purchase, I waited maybe 5 minutes for Donovan after Eric picked me up from a nearby bus stop (apparently Coach just dumps you on the side of a highway in NJ!). The car was parked out front, waiting for me, polished and looking beautiful. Everyone, from sales to finance to admin was pleasant and friendly. They take personal care and time that I haven't found in most other dealerships or purchase experience. I'd definitely buy from this dealership again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle in the Tristate area. For me, it was well worth the trip from Westchester NY.
