The communication from both Erik and his sales associate Eric Taylor, even after leaving the dealership was great. Donovan, who we signed the paperwork with was professional and personable, answering all our questions and explaining everything thoroughly. Chris Tejada has been very helpful since we purchased, answering any questions we have about the car app and operation in a very timely manner. To me, there is hardly anything more dreadful than car shopping but Ramsey Mazda made it easy, made us feel like the customer actually matters and we walked away feeling like we got a nice deal on an amazing car.
