The sales person was not the sales person who I talk to on these six phone calls that we talked when we get there she’s a sales person and the three other people I talk to did not talk to us so when we wal on these six phone calls that we talked when we get there she’s a sales person and the three other people I talk to did not talk to us so when we walk in we have to give a whole story to this new sales person below is our complaint I’m sorry I didn’t check yelp before visiting this dealership. A dealership that is 1 hour and 45 minutes from my home. Our experience seems to correlate with the same experience a few other 1 star yelp posters had. Lured there with one deal, only to be horribly disappointed by their final offer. An offer that the salesman promised would be honored when we arrived. The story we were told on the phone couldn’t have been further from their actual offer. We received an apology from one employee, but what good is an apology at that point. I’m out gas, tolls, time, a potential trade in. But, yeah he’s sorry. Not as sorry as I am after today. We provided every single piece of information prior to our trip there to facilitate a smooth and quick deal. How can you let salesmen set up deals/agreements on the phone and then not honor them when the customer arrives? Never again. Best thing about this place was the live rabbit in a cage in the showroom.
