Service for my recent A/C troubles - Ram Truck My Ram 1500 A/C broke, Initially the problem was not found, after the 2nd drop off it was found and fixed properly. There were some invoice issues not My Ram 1500 A/C broke, Initially the problem was not found, after the 2nd drop off it was found and fixed properly. There were some invoice issues not to my liking, however, I called & spoke to Ron Federico the Service Dept. Manager. He was very nice, offered to review my invoices, and promptly called me back to inform me they he credited parts of the Labor & Freon. As a result I am 100% Satisfied with how they handled this. In the future he assured me I can come to him should anything come up. The Truck is running great the A/C is working fine. Thank you !! More

I bought a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT. First brand new car ever for me. Left the dealer and came straight home. Once I was home found a nail in the tire. I also found that there was no spare tire. Called car ever for me. Left the dealer and came straight home. Once I was home found a nail in the tire. I also found that there was no spare tire. Called my salesman to see if there was anything he could do for me and all he could say was that it wasn’t there for the pre delivery inspection which he never did with me. Instead he had his lot attendant bring me to my car. Never told me the car doesn’t come with a spare. This was the level of service I received after have my new car for less then 12 hours. Words can’t begin to describe how disappointed I was. Ruined my new car experience!!! More

I recently took my car in for a diagnostic. I had a 7:30am appointment for a Tuesday. To make things easier, I dropped my car off on Monday night. I received a call from Joan (service rep) around 11:00 7:30am appointment for a Tuesday. To make things easier, I dropped my car off on Monday night. I received a call from Joan (service rep) around 11:00 am Tuesday morning to let me know that their would be a 150.00 charge just to look at the car. I told her I understood and they could proceed accordingly. I spoke to Joan again around 3:30 pm Tuesday afternoon. At this point, she informs me that my car will not be ready for pick-up. She stated that my car has not been looked at by a technician and wouldn't be that day. She said they would TRY to look at it on Wednesday. It was at this time I requested a loaner. She very nonchalantly let me know one wasn't available and would place my name on a list if one did eventually come back in. So now, needless to say I am not happy. Wednesday early afternoon (around noon)I reached out to Joan. Unfortunately, she was on another call. At least that's what I was told. Joan returned my phone call around 5:00pm. She informs me once more that a service tech still HAS NOT looked at my car. She stated that they will try to look at it on Thursday. She can't guarantee it but they are shooting for Thursday. She doesn't mention anything about a loaner and I didn't even bother to ask. Thursday arrives and I call Chrysler requesting to speak with the Service Manager. I was told the Service Manager was off. I then requested to speak to an Assistant Manager. The woman on the phone then asked if there was something she could assist me with. I let her know that I had an appointment on Tuesday. I brought my car in on Monday night. It is now Thursday and my car has not been looked at. She then placed me on a brief hold. When she returned, she assured me that my car would be inspected today. Within 2 hours I received a call from Chrysler letting me know that my car was finally looked at and there were no issues with the car. I paid my diagnostic fee and proceeded to my car. Once inside my car, I noticed a Styrofoam cup in my cup holder that did not belong to me. Obviously, someone was drinking in the car and left it behind. I was completely aggravated by this whole ordeal. Ramsey Chrysler kept my car for 2 days without giving me proper notice. It was a huge inconvenience. I think they need to tweak how they schedule their appointments, or at least compensate their customers with a loaner. I am usually not one to complain but this really upset me. Customer Service is just not what it used to be. More
