Complete disregard for honoring appointment .Kept my car for 3 days before even looking at it.Finally when they made diagnosis days later they told me they had the part in stock ,but in actuality there was for 3 days before even looking at it.Finally when they made diagnosis days later they told me they had the part in stock ,but in actuality there was no part. I had to call late that day to see when my car would be ready to find out no part .I had to leave my car for the entire weekend and couldn't even get it that Monday because service technician was off that day.One week later I received my car back. Horrific service they should be embarrassed!!!!! More
