I brought my car in just for a new tire and I decided to leave it because I was told it would only take two - three days for the tire to be be delivered and put on, it took them a full week just to change m leave it because I was told it would only take two - three days for the tire to be be delivered and put on, it took them a full week just to change my tire I called daily for updates and I constantly got the run around and everyday past the 2-3 days originally quoted to me I was told “ oh maybe it’ll come in tomorrow, the next day I call I get told the same thing oh maybe Thursday, so at that point I just wanted my vehicle out of that shop so I said I was coming to pick it up today regardless of the tire not being in, & once I said that then it was different tune in their voice, then he came back on the phone and said oh the tire is actually here! How did you not know that is was there and how long has it been there, and you’ve been telling me daily try back tomorrow, I just feel this location they were not attentive to their customers and their customer service was very distasteful, they didn’t communicate enough with me on the status of my vehicle , and once I picked the car up they put my tire that’s suppose to be on the back of my car they put it in the trunk of my car, so I had to dispute that it doesn’t go there and they said the mechanic said it didn’t fit, which was a lie he just didn’t feel like putting it on, so I had to wait extra time for them to put my tire back on the back of my car, so all in all I just feel they weren’t ontop of their job, would never go back to this location More
