Didn’t get to buy from Ramsey. Salesman that I was speaking to never called back. Got excuses. The vehicle I was interested in could be there the day after I spoke with him (bc the manager was using speaking to never called back. Got excuses. The vehicle I was interested in could be there the day after I spoke with him (bc the manager was using it as his personal vehicle) then the vehicle needed cosmetic work so it would be at the dealership within 2-3 days then I never got a call back. That was about two weeks ago. No professionalism. He was supposed to call me back by a Wednesday. Went to another dealership the following Saturday after I didn’t hear from him, drove out with my new RAM, better financing/payment too. Glad I went elsewhere! More

Just received an unexpected bill for my trade in which I was never informed about upon releasing This is not good business at all. When taking my car I should have been told of these charges. Every time I bring my Jeep in I am quoted an absurd amount of money. Nothing seems to be apart of the warranty that they highly suggested purchasing when I bought my car.
