I brought my Compass in because it had stalled six times while waiting at an intersection, and it had trouble each time with starting again. No, it was not the automatic shut off when stopped at a light. I had learned from someone that it could be low on oil. Much to my surprise it was down over 2 quarts. The bad thing is that it was in for the oil consumption recall 14 days earlier AND, the checklist has a check mark in the green box for oil. Are you kidding! You work on a car for an oil consumption recall and you don't check the oil level! Shame on you! Unless of course this 2018 Compass burned over 2 quarts of oil in 2 weeks and less than a hundred miles. More
It was because of convenience I tried out your dealership for service. I had a coupon from Chrysler and it turned into something very unfortunate. Needless to say I would never want to deal with her again and my coupon right from Chrysler was not applied. More
Ana was great ! Made purchasing a vehicle painless and she went over every question I had and answered them all which I felt she really heard me. Only one thing was that the work detailing kept being used and I understood I was purchasing a used car but a detail is a more in-depth cleaning which looked like a exterior basic was and a rag was just passed. If the work detail wasn’t used would be a clear picture but it was. But everything else was great! More

The guy John was nice, however I did tell him I had to be somewhere at 2pm. I got there at 10:30 am, 1:30 pm came around and I didn’t even see my car taken into the shop yet. I asked how much longer and they somewhere at 2pm. I got there at 10:30 am, 1:30 pm came around and I didn’t even see my car taken into the shop yet. I asked how much longer and they said they were doing there best. I asked if I could have at least gotten a loaner to get to where I had to be and he said they had no loaners available. I ended up waiting a total of 5.5 hours for my car to have tires changed and a recall fixed. Next time I get my car serviced I’m going to the manager right away and telling them I want a loaner if it’s going to take that long. More
