When I arrived at the service area, I wasn’t acknowledged for almost 15 mins. A customer that came in after me was assisted before me by a rep that didn’t have his mask on properly. Only 2 reps, including Ji for almost 15 mins. A customer that came in after me was assisted before me by a rep that didn’t have his mask on properly. Only 2 reps, including Jim and the rep to his right, and the runners for the cars, were the only ones who had their mask on properly. For me, these are concerns that need to be raised.
