Ramsey Chrysler Jeep Dodge

I received a coupon from Ramsey Jeep for $69.99 for an oil/filter change and tire rotation. I presented the coupon upon check-in. Waited 3 hours. Service Rep. checked in with me in the waiting room after 2 hours, told me I needed new tires and brakes and said he wasn’t going to rotate the tires. I declined the tires and brakes and he said he would write it up and provided estimate. 1 hour later, the car was ready. The oil/filleted change was done and the tires had been rotated (which contradicted what the service rep advised). I was then charged over $80 for the oil/filter change and tire rotation. I also did not receive an estimate for the brakes and new tires. The experience left me confused, dissatisfied, and upset for being overcharged. More
