Overall good experience Salesman was friendly and helpful. Did not try to sell me anything other than what I wanted. Finance person was great to work with, took the time Salesman was friendly and helpful. Did not try to sell me anything other than what I wanted. Finance person was great to work with, took the time to explain each detail and assisted on the warranty cancellation on the traded in vehicle. The service department has always been accomodating. Only thing is that the other key for the vehicle was unable to be located at the time of sale, and I had to return the next day and wait for it to be retrieved from a remote location. The person that retrieved the key brought it into the showroom and dropped it off on an empty desk without saying a word to anyone and it was nearly 10 minutes later before it was discovered. The sales manager was very helpful, but I would expect a lot more organized method of key tracking, especially considering the price of the vehicle. More

Just walked out First I called dealer and was told by rep that vehicle I was interested in would be ready for us to see when we got there . Once we arrived never saw the rep I spoke with on phone but spoke to Stephen Ippolito. Now I've tried to come up with the best way to describe his attitude and the only thing I can think of, is that I he must actually work for another dealer and is just there to make customers go somewhere else. He actually told us to go outside and look at cars in lot and that we would find the style we wanted on the left side of lot. This was after telling us to make sure we wanted to buy the car "today" because all customers are important but they were busy. Also, not sure if it was how we looked but he continued to repeat what the car would cost and what monthly payment would be as if he was not sure we could pay it, which by the way was way too much. Now if you are in the NJ area and want a real good deal, respectable and pleasant sales reps you need to go to Teterboro Chrysler Jeep Dodge on RT 46 in Little Ferry. Talk about day and night and the price looked at window sticker and it was 45k, after telling rep what we could do, his first offer was in the 36k range without hesitation. More
