Pleasantly surprised. None of the Jeep dealerships in the area have stellar reviews, so I picked Ramsey out of convenience. The biggest problem is that most of these places are very jammed and busy. If you keep that in mind, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. I had a good experience here with service advisor "Jason" who took my Wrangler in, which needed repairs for an oil leak and coolant leak. They replaced the radiator and the timing chain cover gasket. Things went smoothly. I also spoke to Ron, the manager afterwards because I had a question. He was very polite and helpful. He also owns a Wrangler so he gets it. More
