Personally one of my best experiences buying a new or used car. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was met by Rob Battle who helped me throughout the process and answered all my questions about the car used car. After going through the initial financials, the finance associate helped me get a better interest rate than I was initially offered. He was really pushy on the extended warranty which I wasn’t interested in since I still had 2 years on the manufacturer’s warranty. After the financials were complete, Rob made the arrangements with the insurance company to get the car insured before leaving the lot. The car was delivered to me clean and with a full tank of gas. Rob was also very helpful retrieving some items left behind in my trade in that I was able to pick up the next day when the dealership opened. Rob really went above and beyond to make this one of the best car buying experiences that I’ve ever had. Overall, I was very happy how everything went with this car purchase. More
