No nonsense buy - stuck in service queue for new car problem Good salesperson (Danielle Leghorn), no nonsense pricing heavily influencing my purchase over global Jeep (15 minutes away vs. 1hr for Ramsey). However, the brand new car’s USB ports don’t work so I can’t enjoy the Apple CarPlay features that helped me choose this car or even charge my phone (huge bummer!) I am a reasonable person and understand, things like this happen. However after communicating the issue to the dealer, instead of a “no questions asked, bring the car in at your convenience and we will fix on the spot”, express lane type service treatment one would expect when making such a significant purchase, I am stuck in the service queue, trying to schedule the next available slot mid- next week (at the earliest) during my work hours when service has capacity. With my hectic personal schedule who knows when I will be able to drive an hour to the dealer for a fix. So far, this experience makes me feel like Ramsey only cares about the sale and doesn’t follow through with a premium service experience, especially for a brand new car less than a week old that shouldn’t have an issue. Very disappointing. Service needs a no nonsense, no scheduling premium service experience for my scenario and to find a way to make this inconvenience up to customers. More

You have the beautiful drive in facility but not the friendly personal touch that I see when I bring my wife's car for service to Lexus. Waiting for the service representatives to finish their Danish and coffee just doesn't cut it. If you want to be considered world class you have to act like you're world class. Try being a little more pleasant and pretend you enjoy your work. Treat the customers with more respect and eat your breakfast in the back. More

Luckily with the help of Jim Ryerson I believe his name was we were able to get reimbursed. This is a manufactures defect and I can’t blame the dealership for not being able to repair it. We did have a recent recall repair there but canceled another appointment to try to fix the roof again figuring what’s the point. This is a common problem with the Jeeps and apparently it’s not dangerous enough to make it a recall but it’s a real pain in the neck. Maybe you can do something about our leaky roof More

Bait and Switch - Policy Corrected I called on the phone to set my appointment and told them that I had a coupon (from their website - yesterday they actually emailed me the same coupon I called on the phone to set my appointment and told them that I had a coupon (from their website - yesterday they actually emailed me the same coupon) for an oil change, tire rotation and general inspection/servicing. When I arrived I was told that the coupon was only good for synthetic blend oil changes...and they do not even carry synthetic blend oil, either regular oil or full synthetic and the service would cost $108, not the $39 set in the coupon. I asked them to take the coupon price and add the difference between the costs of the two types of oil changes (if synthetic blend is $19.99 and full synthetic is $49.99, then add $30 to the $39 coupon and I would not be thrilled but at least it would make sense). I was told no because they do not have a synthetic blend option...$108. The end result - not only will I never be back their for service, but after buying 2 cars from them, there will never be a third (and it is a shame because my sales guy is great). It looks like the new coupon I have now has the full synthetic option for $59.99 - so my issue has been corrected. Good to see that once the issue was raised, at some point it was corrected.
