Terrible check in process The entire check in process was a nightmare. I was unaware that I had to wait online to pull through the garage so parked and went in. I was told of the process so I went and got on line. I waited about 30 minutes to get to the garage and then another 20 minutes to actually check in. Nearly an hour to check in for service is entirely too long. I explained that I needed my car back by 2pm for an appointment and was told “I will see what we can do” More

Rim repair Schedule appointment a week prior to appointment secretary told me I can wait for repair and the would schedule rim repair company to be there first t Schedule appointment a week prior to appointment secretary told me I can wait for repair and the would schedule rim repair company to be there first thing. When I arrived I was locked outside until 7:30 time of appointment they could have at least let me wait in waiting room until they where open. the rim repair company was never scheduled and I couldn’t wait. I was able to get a loaner car and repair was done that day. The overall outcome was good but was a very disorganized drop off. The service advisor was able to satisfy me the problem was with the person scheduling the appointment. More
