Really BAD price I will try to keep this short. I was a customer of this dealership looking to lease another vehicle for my jeep that was coming off lease. I told the I will try to keep this short. I was a customer of this dealership looking to lease another vehicle for my jeep that was coming off lease. I told them what I was looking for and they gave me a long song and dance about the price and terms I was looking for. I ended up getting the same car for $3200 less at another local dealership When I called them back to discuss their poor price they kept saying something must be different about the cars or banks etc. They gave me tons of reasons why the deal I got elsewhere wasn't going to be valid. Everything they told me turned out not to be true, The sales manager called me to discuss and I told him what my other deal was and he said he would get back to me..I am still waiting for that call. You will find better prices elsewhere locally. DO YOUR HOMEWORK More

Did What Was Expected Without Surprises I needed to do the airbag recall. Although I cannot speak on behalf of their sales department, dealing with their service department was a good experi I needed to do the airbag recall. Although I cannot speak on behalf of their sales department, dealing with their service department was a good experience. They were listed on the top 10 dealerships in NJ and after my previous experiences with my xxxxty local dealership, I decided xxxx it, what do I have to lose besides some time, so I took the 40+ minute drive out of my way over to Ramsey. As soon as I pulled up, a small man in a Liberty pulled up and asked me to follow him. I did as the sherpa in the little Jeep told me to do and I was led to the fanciest garage I've ever seen. The service department rep asked for some info, took some pictures, and I was led into a room with wifi, drinks, and snacks. After roughly an hour, they came to get me and everything was good to go. No "we found this and fixed it for you without your consent and now we're charging you for it". No "we accidentally broke something in the process of fixing something else and it's up to you to pay for our xxxx up". No "we can't fix the recall without fixing something else first that's not covered in the recall so you have to pay for it". They just did what they had to do, nothing more or less, which is all anyone has ever wanted from their dealership yet so very rarely do they get to experience it. I grabbed my keys, secured my paperwork, and drove off with the most painless experience I've ever had with a dealership. On a side note, they totally D-Blocked my keyring that I had my key on, but I didn't notice until I got home so that's on me for lack of situational awareness. Will definitely use their services again next time I need a dealership to work on my Wrangler. More
