Based on my overall experience I cannot recommend Based on my overall experience with this dealership I will not recommend it to anyone I know. My last time at the service center I mentioned an issue Based on my overall experience with this dealership I will not recommend it to anyone I know. My last time at the service center I mentioned an issue that I am noticing with the transmission. I was told that the person that tested it out did not notice any issues, however on a previous visit the person at that time said he noticed it immediately. It is the same issue that was not fixed the first time. I will be go iij ng to another dealership for future service. Joan Murphy was very nice and her customer service was excellent. Wish I could say that for the rest of my experience. More
Weekend Work? Brought my car in on this past Friday with a 10:30 appt. Received a diagnostic call approx 3:30pm and told my car won’t be ready until Monday. I asked Brought my car in on this past Friday with a 10:30 appt. Received a diagnostic call approx 3:30pm and told my car won’t be ready until Monday. I asked why I’m getting a call at 3:30 with a 10:30 appt, and never really got an answer. But My main concern is that I was told the mechanic who was going to work on the car won’t be in until Monday. The weekend weather without my Jeep was fantastic and wish I had the vehicle to take off the top. But I took it for what it’s worth since warranty was going to cover my repair. I then received a call around 8:30am Monday morning informing me my car was ready. I asked how is it ready since I was told the repair takes 2-3 hours and was told it was worked on Saturday. Thus in my opinion there was poor communication between Joan and the mechanic. More
