Too much misinformation Made to leave with car before we on boarded. Told it had Sirius radio and it didn’t. Told it had apple car play and it didn’t. Leased a Jeep Compass for one of my daughters. Joey Messina was very personable and knowledgeable and met our price and options needs for the lease. Only issue, which was minor, was that the vehicle with the options we requested was not available at the time and we had to wait a few weeks for it to be delivered from the factory. My new truck. Went to Ramsey Dodge on Saturday to look for a new truck as my Chevy lease was up. Was greeted almost immediately by a sales person by the name of Mea Went to Ramsey Dodge on Saturday to look for a new truck as my Chevy lease was up. Was greeted almost immediately by a sales person by the name of Meagan. She was very helpful and also very quick to show me several different trucks. After we found one that I liked we sat down and talked to James and Steve to go over a few things. Both of them were also awesome and extremely helpful. Meagan then got my insurance company on the phone and helped out getting that all set up. Finally went back to Monty to sign all the paperwork and I was on my way. Overall probably one of the best truck buying experiences I've ever had and will definitely be back for any other vehicles I may need. I would highly recommend this dealer and their excellent staff to everyone. More
