Great sales experience Was looking to buy a Wrangler Willys JK back in 2016 when they first came out. Of all the NJ dealers with that model in stock, Ramsey was the most res Was looking to buy a Wrangler Willys JK back in 2016 when they first came out. Of all the NJ dealers with that model in stock, Ramsey was the most responsive and friendly to deal with. Unfortunately it was near the end of the Willys stock being available and they didn't have one that met my exact needs so I had to go somewhere else. Fast forward to October 2019. I was working with Mark Selementi at Ramsey on a few options. He notified me when the new Willys were about to drop and put together a great deal to get me out of the old 2016 model and into a new 2020 Willys in less than 24 hours from the time they arrived on the dealer lot. Amazing sales experience working with both Mark and Matt Colon to close the deal. Loving my new Jeep!!! More

Replace front differentiator When I scheduled my first appointment, was told there are no loaner cars available and the service would take a couple hours so I made the appointment When I scheduled my first appointment, was told there are no loaner cars available and the service would take a couple hours so I made the appointment for 8:00am and dropped the Jeep at 7:30am. I called at 3:00pm to check the status and Joan told me it wasn't even looked at yet because I left it there and that vehicles gets serviced first when the customer waits for it. Again, I had an 8:00am appointment. Joan called back around 4:00pm and told me a part needed to be ordered and would be there the next day so I should just leave it overnight. I had another issue with a bent bracket in the soft top. Joan told me she had to order the part because its not in stock but she was able to warranty it. I scheduled a second appointment when the part came in, got there at 7:45am and proceeded to wait 2 hours before my vehicle was even looked at and then only to be told it can not be warrantied and would cost $600 +. It took another 2 hours for the part to be fixed so I waited for over 4 hours, again with a first morning appointment. This was by far the worst service experience I have ever had. More
