Russ is always helpful and knowledable. If he does not know the answer to a question he goes and finds out so you will have the answer. The gentleman outside take your car which is helpful. I have been dealing with Rallye Motors since 2000. When looking for my second Mercedes-Benz I visited other dealerships but Rallye had the car that I wanted. The sales department was very helpful. Over the years the service department has stepped up their customer care. In the beginning I dealt with two service advisors who were not very helpful nor very polite. I notice that they are no longer working at Rallye!! One day I was lucky to get Russ Cagarli as my service advisor. I have been going to him ever since. He is knowledgeable, helpful and polite. From the moment you drop off your car to the time you pick it up, the personnel at Rallye Motors demonstrate that they are interested in customer satifaction. So far I have bought two cars from Rallye and when I'm ready for my next Mercedes Benz I expect that this dealership will be my first choice. I've spoken to people who have used other dealerships and they do not get the kind of service that I receive at Rallye Motors. More
