Very disrespectful and pushy. Rushed me through the deal without even proposing a test drive or to come see car before hand. I have watched this dealership, get worse and worse over the years, buying three cars from them, servicing them there. Even as a loyal customer they gouge you for service. Towards the end, they were relega the years, buying three cars from them, servicing them there. Even as a loyal customer they gouge you for service. Towards the end, they were relegated to just oil changes like a glorified Jiffy Lube to me. That’s a shame considering how good the service used to be. Last visit they wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars just to tell me what the malfunction message was for. Just to tell me what it was for! No thanks. I just traded it in for an Audi. You guys need to reevaluate your policies on customer care and remember why people buy a BMW to begin with. More
