First time here. Asked to have air pressure checked in addition to the first service. Did not do it. Overall sloppy work. Uncomfortable waiting area. I went in for yearly check in, I left with a deflated tire. I was never told directly that I have a hole in my back tire, instead I was sent on my way without any communication. To find out in the middle of the road when my tire lost air so quickly , it was very scary. Called and told my Advisor he had no idea, and told me maybe it happened in my way back home. Check the service video and see mechanic mentioned it in the video. Called 3 days later to speak with a supervisor, was told he is going to call me back. I'm still v waiting for that phone call. Very horrible experience. I used to work with Adam very nice service and used to love to take my car to Rallye but he's promoted to assistant manger ( good for him, I'm not surprised) but unfortunately for me I had to deal with an incompetent person. More
