I have been a customer of this dealership for 10 years. They have just lost my business. Brought my car in for a routine oil change first thing today and they never completed the service! Advisor can't even tell me if I will have my car tomorrow - on Christmas! Cosmo is completely unprofessional and rude. This seems to be standard procedure for Rallye - my last appointment was just for NYS inspection took 7 hours. Totally done being left stranded and guessing by this incompetence! More
The techicican nees to pay attention and go through all refilling of oil, engine oil, washer fluid etc. This is my 4th time in less than 2 months and still have same issue. Gave me a hard time about performing a mandated recall, then attributed the work done to the wrong vehicle, all the while providing the worst customer service possible. If I wasn’t there watching every sin then attributed the work done to the wrong vehicle, all the while providing the worst customer service possible. If I wasn’t there watching every single thing and checking every single move they made they would’ve screwed up everything. Service manager Christopher Blanco will answer this review by saying if I have any issues to give him a call, but I have repeatedly tried reaching out to him both by phone and in the dealership regarding many service issues I’ve had at this dealership and he continues to be “unavailable” when needed. Bought three cars here but severed ties. My advice, if you want a BMW, buy one somewhere else. More
