Darren Thomsen has been an honest and most helpful sales person through several leases and sales to me and my extended family. Adam Romano makes sure my car is repaired properly. Everything I request i person through several leases and sales to me and my extended family. Adam Romano makes sure my car is repaired properly. Everything I request is done and needed repairs I was not aware of,are also taken care of.. Adam is in constant contact and endeavors to have the car ready when requested. Finally, Tom makes sure cars are checked in and loaners given without a long wait. He makes sure things run smoothly and greets customers with a smile no matter how busy he is . I recently had my car serviced due to some recalls and needed an oil change. I was fortunate to have Adam oversee the process. From start to finish, his professionalism and attention to detail were outsta needed an oil change. I was fortunate to have Adam oversee the process. From start to finish, his professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. My car took almost a week to complete to order parts and the part that needed to be changed was in a difficult area to work on but I was always updated. Adam took the time to explain what needed to be done, kept me updated, and ensured all my concerns were addressed. Not only did Adam make me feel valued as a customer, but his knowledge and genuine care for my vehicle’s needs were evident. My son has always been assisted by Adam with his car, and always had great things to say about him. I finally had the pleasure to deal with him. I truly appreciate his dedication and will confidently return for future service needs. Highly recommended! More
