I have scheduled an appointment with loaner car. When I drop off my car, I was told there is no loaner car available and I have wait 30 minutes there before they finally got one. Upon picking my car up for yet another recall repair, my 760 was covered in bird droppings & mechanic grease all over my white interior car.
