When I contacted Todd Fee for a quote on a new Nissan Titan; he got back to me quickly and answered all of my questions over the phone. He is the internet sales manager, I believe. Since August I have be Titan; he got back to me quickly and answered all of my questions over the phone. He is the internet sales manager, I believe. Since August I have been in the market for a new truck to replace my old one. Todd was attentive and always answered my questions. We worked on a deal, I am a tough buyer, for a couple days. He sold me on the deal over every other manufacturer and delaer, with the experience they offer, low pressure, and they gave me a lot of time to weigh my option from Ford, Toyota, and other Nissan Dealerships. These guys beat everyone's price by thousands, not hundreds. They printed out the deal on paper and let me have it, not saying "well this is for today only" . . . my question to Ford was "will it be better tomorrow?". The dealership and truck have been perfect. This was a great car buying experience, thanks Rairdon's we will be back for all our car purchases in the future... More
Greg Leach was good. He accepted our internet researched price, also helped us get a new car from a trade from another dealer. We were able to get the price we wanted, the options and color and delivered to price, also helped us get a new car from a trade from another dealer. I went to Rairdon's in August of this year to get a quote on a 370z and Todd and Greg have kept in touch with me without pressure of any kind just waiting for me to make a purchase. When it became apparent on a 370z and Todd and Greg have kept in touch with me without pressure of any kind just waiting for me to make a purchase. When it became apparent that the Z was out of reach, I checked out the Juke on Saturday at another dealer and then came to Todd and Greg for the real deal. Rairdon's had exactly what I wanted and Todd and Greg worked with my husband to make it happen for me. The guys work together very well as a team, all of my questions were answered, Todd made negotiating a breeze (he did all the work), and I drove away in an awesome vehicle. I would highly recommend working with Todd Fee and/or Greg Leach at Rairdon's. They know their stuff and they have the customer's interests at heart. Rebecca Kent, WA More
After having gone through 4 dealers, including one in Renton, I met up with Greg and Todd, the Internet Sales Managers. Firstly, driving in was much different than the other dealerships. Everyone was "re Renton, I met up with Greg and Todd, the Internet Sales Managers. Firstly, driving in was much different than the other dealerships. Everyone was "real" and down-to-Earth. After having gone through a few that don't know the art of negotiation, Greg was open to meeting half-way. No pressure, and when I actually had a closed deal, I mistakenly thought that we were parting ways. The Manager was a quiet, but friendly soul and I was happy to get a great deal for both parties. I live in Issaquah and work in Bellevue and never bothered to even TRY the Bellevue area dealerships (where I bought my previous 370Z). I ended up getting a 370Z roadster at a great price, great TRADE IN (it was perfect) and a great experience. Worth every minute of the drive to Auburn at Rairdon Nissan. I plan to go there for my next car--great folks and a great deal. I've given Greg and Todd my OK for a reference--that is how strongly I feel about the people there. Thanks Todd and Greg--love the Z! Took in my Nissan for what I believed was a bad alternator. $600 parts/labor & 4 days(of which I had to rent a vehicle because Rairdon doesn't offer loaner cars $200 more)later I go to pick up vehi alternator. $600 parts/labor & 4 days(of which I had to rent a vehicle because Rairdon doesn't offer loaner cars $200 more)later I go to pick up vehicle, I get in to start it and the check engine light is now ON. Now they want $1000 more to get it "fixed" and out the door (again?). Included in that is $144 of diagnostic fees. Really? You guys "fixed" it to begin with and you didn't see the 'Check Engine' light was on when you finished? Did you check your work? Now you want ME to pay a diagnostic fee for something you should have know was wrong all a long based on the "code" the machine tells you. Sorry I'm taking my car to a Nissan dealer I KNOW I can TRUST! You have lost a customer in me, my family, and each and every person I come in contact with throughout my community that wants to listen. Follow up: abuckyy wrote on 10/3/2010 12:55:59 AM: This matter was cleared up by the management. I appreciate them refunding the diagnostic charge. Thanks for making this situation a little better. After paying for an oil change, I was told that my battery cable ends were corroded and that Rairdon would replace them for forty some dollars. I declined to have them do it. A couple weeks later, m battery cable ends were corroded and that Rairdon would replace them for forty some dollars. I declined to have them do it. A couple weeks later, my car would not start. I ended up having it towed ($71 towing fee) to a local service repair shop. The local shop charged me $355, which included $80 for a new battery, $80 for installation of battery cable ends and $50 for diagnostic time. I would have saved myself a lot of time and money had I accepted Rairdon's offer to replace my battery cable ends. More
I would like to recognize Todd Fee as an outstanding person to work with. He went above and beyond to help put my deal together on the purchase of an 07 Tahoe from your dealership. His proffesionalism person to work with. He went above and beyond to help put my deal together on the purchase of an 07 Tahoe from your dealership. His proffesionalism is to be commended. I am purchasing a unit site unseen from Alaska and hope that his representation of the unit is correct. His reassurance of the condition of the unit speaks to his attention to detail. I will recomend others to give him a call and work with him on there next vehicle purchase. Thank you Todd for all of your assistance. Rick Carlyle Alaska. More
Tried this dealer out based on a $19.98 Oil Change Promotion. Appoitment at 8am, was told it would take about 45 minutes. I was literally the only person in the dealership and it took 90 minutes to Promotion. Appoitment at 8am, was told it would take about 45 minutes. I was literally the only person in the dealership and it took 90 minutes to complete the job. Not once did a service rep update me on the status of my car, in fact i had to track them down an hour into the visit to get a status report. After I paid and went to my car, i had to remove the plastic and the floor liner myself and find a garbage to place it in. I noticed when i started my car, the low tire pressure light was still on. I was told, that it should turn off as i drive down the road and oh by the way, we found a screw in your sidewall on the left back tire! It was written on your invoice, was the answer i was given when I asked why this information wasn't presented at time of payment! I drove the car about an hour down the road and the light was still one, so i preceded to put air in the tire myself and the light promptly went off. I would not recommend this dealer for any type of service. Part of the promotion was three free oil changes after the initial 1st paid. I will not be taking my vehicle back to this dealership. More
