As a first time buyer, I was EXTREMELY nervous and skeptical about going to a car dealership. I had paid cash for all of my previous cars, and they had all been "beaters". I found the car that I wante skeptical about going to a car dealership. I had paid cash for all of my previous cars, and they had all been "beaters". I found the car that I wanted -- a used Subaru Forester -- at Rairdon in Bellingham and I decided that I would check it out. Lee greeted me and helped me feel comfortable and respected. The team (especially Kuhn) was able to meet my financial needs and I was able to drive my Subaru home that day. I did have a slight mishap with my car the day after I bought it. It turns out that the Forester, being a little bit on the higher mileage side, was in need of a new catalytic converter. After calling the dealership, the service department and Mitch went above and beyond what they needed to do and replaced the catalytic converter free of charge. They even supplied me with a courtesy vehicle to drive while my Subaru was in their shop. Overall, my experience with Rairdon was wonderful and I will be sure to visit them again when the time to purchase a new vehicle comes. They did an excellent job and I would recommend their services to ANYONE! More

Thanks to Tom Lallas and Mitch Roberts we are proud owners of a new Town & Country. I did not happen without a struggle though. We told Tom, the sales consultant, what model, options and color we want owners of a new Town & Country. I did not happen without a struggle though. We told Tom, the sales consultant, what model, options and color we wanted. Unfortunately there was none on the lot that met the specifications we desired. So, Tom and Mitch, the general manager, went to work to find one. They found one that met our specs in Oregon and arranged to have it delivered to Bellingham. That didn’t happen. The dealer in Oregon sold it before the transaction was completed. So Tom and Mitch searched further and found on in California, sent the dealer a check but when the transporter went to pick it up, that dealer had sold the van. We were about ready to throw in the towel when Tom and Mitch offered us a great deal we could not resist on the top of the line Town & Country with all the options we desired. Thank you Tom And Mitch for going the extra mile to meet our needs. And thank you Derek Blake in the service department for maintaining our Grand Caravan in top condition for the past five years.
