I just bought my beautiful 2020 Toyota 4Runner from Rairdon’s of Bellingham, and I couldn’t be happier! I knew exactly which vehicle I wanted, and when I arrived, it was sitting out front—immaculate and ready for me to see. That first impression said it all. Victor, the Sales Manager, was fantastic—he answered all my questions ahead of time and sent me helpful information before I even got there. Jakob Markin in sales was absolutely incredible—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure I had a great experience. We've purchased two vehicles from Rairdon's of Bellingham. We were fortunate enough to have Seth Timmerman as our salesman on both purchases. His no nonsense approach and helpful while non aggressive assistance made the experiences pleasurable. On both occasions, we were in and out very quickly because Seth had everything ready to go, and he did exact what he said he could do. These were the best purchasing experiences we've ever had.
Went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. No appointment needed. Quick check-in and the car was ready earlier than they estimated. Great convenient experience.
People were nice but found out when I got there I didn’t have any more oil changes in my package deal. So wanted to buy another package and was told you don’t do them anymore even though we got the truck there. Wr have used the oil change package as long as we have own the truck. I told the guy I wouldnt be back I am not buying another vehicle somewhere where we can’t get oil change packages for it. There are other dealerships that offer it and since his truck is getting older will probably be looking pretty soon. Debbie Van Dyken
