Service and parts desk extremely demonstrates negligence in replying to customers about parts orders and notifications update. Never calls, text, email nothing. During this time I have had my house for sale and sold it.. we are leaving the state of Louisiana and wanted to cancel the order.. your customer service woman wants a $800.oo restock fee.. that is robbery and unfair to senior citizen and Vietnam veterans...
