Following the sale of the truck. No one wanted to stand behind their word. We were told the paperwork would be at the courthouse within 10 days. It took 21 days and multiple calls to get the paperwork sent to the courthouse. We also were given a generic key that was not keyed to our truck, and we had to argue in order to get a second key after we proved the first key given to us was generic and not keyed. We did not receive the locking lug nut key. Their solution was to change all the lug nuts to chrome instead of the dark matching that came with the truck since they were unable to locate a lug nut key. The only person who was truthful was the salesman Mario. More

They are overpriced and honestly can’t diagnosis anything well.. it’s sad they are the only choice on the north shore.. I had to just order the parts myself (after correctly diagnosing ) their $2500 fix well.. it’s sad they are the only choice on the north shore..
