SERVICE VISIT

Services seemed fairly expensive, and it I was getting overwhelmed by the "recommendations". I just wanted the car to get out of there. I should've tried to go yo my usual person but time was an issue. T overwhelmed by the "recommendations". I just wanted the car to get out of there. That stuff is to be expected I suppose, but when I called to see if they still had the covid protocols and see if masks could be worn while in the car(I guess that was an over the top request)...the woman on the phone had a poor attitude. She said she just answers the phone and schedules appointments, and transferred me to someone (who didn't return my message). However, before I was transferred I heard her say idiot. I figure she was talking about me before I got transferred. I just wanted to keep my kid as safe as possible from catching something since he's in a high risk category. I always feel like you're trying to upsell me every time I'm there, but the person on the phone really put the situation over the top. I don't want to bring my car there ever again, nor will I buy another car from Rafferty in Newtown Square. More
