5 stars are not enough to express how happy we are with both the customer service and technical expertise at RBM of Alpharetta/Atlanta Airstream that we received while servicing our Airstream Interstate 19 both the customer service and technical expertise at RBM of Alpharetta/Atlanta Airstream that we received while servicing our Airstream Interstate 19. Our issue was super complicated (or so other dealers said) and possibly involved both the MB and Airstream sides of the house. From the first contact with Brandon H. we knew we were in good hands, enough to commit to driving 10 hours to drop it off. Brandon was super accommodating, pleasant and attentive and ensured all our issues would be addressed. Our drop off assessment meeting with Brandon and Peter (the airstream service expert) was prompt and deliberate, they listened to all our issues and instilled the greatest confidence that our rig was in the best hands. We were not wrong. Peter was amazingly knowledgeable and insightful. He knows these rigs inside and out. Needless to say, EVERYTHING on our list was addressed and fixed perfectly. The pickup meeting as smooth and both Peter and Brandon walked us through the work done. Fingers crossed nothing goes wrong in the near term, but if it does RBM is our service place! I recently was assisted by Steve Byrd, a service advisor, and he went above and beyond. At most dealerships, a service advisor treats you like a cash cow. Mr. Byrd treated me like a human being. I called the dealership this morning to get my Mercedes me app connected. Spoke to Royce on the phone, within two minutes. I had an email sent to me and within 20 minutes everything was paired and connecte me app connected. Spoke to Royce on the phone, within two minutes. I had an email sent to me and within 20 minutes everything was paired and connected. He made this super seamless and easy! Will definitely be going to this dealership for all of my Mercedes needs!
