The purpose of my visit to RBM Mercedes Benz, North was to take care of some minor problems and an adjustment on my front passenger seat. I was LATE for my appointment. Nathan welcomed me and directed me to the waiting area. He alerted Teresa Cox to my presence. She was with a scheduled customer. While I was waiting, I enjoyed viewing a beautiful flat screen TV show. Nathan directed me to a marvelous hospitality area. While I was in the waiting area, (it is more like a beautiful lounge area.) I also enjoyed the Mercedes Benz retail area. Teresa Cox was extremely knowledgable and explained to me what my service would entail. She has an engaging and congenial manner. It was actually the very first time a service professional advised me and was NOT condescending. I would highly recommend going to RBM North for sales, service, and Mercedes Benz high quality retail merchandise. More

I bought my first Mercedes in 2002 from RBM, and my experience was pretty good. I bought my second Mercedes in Nov 2008 from RBM NORTH and my experience was WOW! ADAM DENAULT is the most knowledg experience was pretty good. I bought my second Mercedes in Nov 2008 from RBM NORTH and my experience was WOW! ADAM DENAULT is the most knowledgeable and helpful salesperson I have ever dealt with in any industry. His website www.mybenzguy.com is a great resource. The sales manager, MARK MCQUAID, is a pleasure as well. They worked together to make sure that my car buying experience was flawless, and it was. The RBM NORTH dealership is state-of-the-art, and has a very welcoming ambience. I live closer to several other MB dealerships, but since RBM NORTH goes the extra mile for me, I will go the extra mile for them! More
What an awesome experience! My wife and I recently purchased an E350 Mercedes Benz from RBM-North Atlanta Dealership. Over the years, I’ve purchased several cars and dealt with many car dealers. My purchased an E350 Mercedes Benz from RBM-North Atlanta Dealership. Over the years, I’ve purchased several cars and dealt with many car dealers. My experience with RBM-North has been by far the best. I’ve purchased a new car every 5 years over the past 25 years. Prior to visiting RBM-North, I went to every MB Dealership in the Atlanta area looking for the right car. While shopping for the best car, best price and best dealership, luckily we ended up at RBM-North. The staff personnel at RBM-North were polite and very professional. The salesperson that assisted us (Mr. Steven Moore) is without a doubt one of the major reasons we decided to purchase from RBM-North. Mr. Moore was very knowledgeable, courteous, compassionate and understanding of our needs. You see, this was the first time we considered purchasing a “used” car. After Mr. Moore explained the advantages of purchasing a “certified” used Mercedes Benz with low mileage, in mint condition and remaining factory warranty, we immediately felt comfortable about the purchase we were about to make. Worth mentioning is the condition of the used cars on the RBM-North lot. Not only are the certified used cars in excellent operating condition, they look very, very close to new. Most have low mileage and still under factory warranty. Steve Moore also handled all the necessary transactions very smoothly and in a timely manner (vehicle trade-in, test driving, vehicle prep, demonstration of car features, and final delivery of the car). My wife and I are very happy with our “Like New” E350 Mercedes Benz. We are comfortable and confident knowing that we purchased our car from a First Class Dealership (RBM-North), with honest and highly professional personnel. We would like to thank all the folks at RBM-North for making this an awesome experience for the both of us, especially Bethany and Steve. My husband and I bought a car from RBM of Atlanta several months ago and the experience was great. RBM of Atlanta North is a new style M.B dealership with all a new high tech shop and all the client amenities incl. internet, coffee and juice bar, big screen TV, comfy waiting area. From the minute you drive up and the greeter greets and welcomes you and takes your keys and car from you, you get a feeling of personal professional service. The service advisor (Victoria) made me feel like my little warranty problem was her most important problem of the day and would be all the way thru the repair process. They gave me a loaner (C300 with 660 miles on it) and then sent me an email in the afternoon to tell me my car was all fixed and ready for pickup. When I picked up the car, the greeter took the loaner and quickly pulled up my car. The repair work was done perfectly. This is the best dealer service experience I've had in 50 years of car ownership. More
When I walked into RBM of ATL North, I knew from the start I was in the right place. The overall atmosphere was much different than what I've experienced from other MB dealerships in the Atlanta area. T start I was in the right place. The overall atmosphere was much different than what I've experienced from other MB dealerships in the Atlanta area. The staff was courteous, attentive, knowledgeable, and patient. At the onset of the visit, my salesperson introduced me to the General Manager, who was the kindest person. He was polite and quite humble and as often as I came back and forth, he always approached me with the firmest handshake and never forgot my name. I'm not the easiest person to please therefore I knew this adventure would be one of length and would require much patience from the salesman. Stephen Moore was a GOD send. As often as I changed my mind (trying 3 different vehicles within 5 weeks, from not liking the color, options, interior, price), he never gave up on me. When I finally decided upon what I wanted, I realized they didn't have it on their lot, however was able to obtain it within 24 hours. After delivery of the vehicle, there were a few minor documents requiring completion. My husband was due to meet Stephen the next day. The next day we had a snow blizzard. Stephen asked us not to leave the house and he made the trip all the way to our door, in the blizzard. Talk about service! They are a team of professionals and seem to really care about their customers, realizing that MB customers are usually here to stay. I loved this experience so much, I have recommended this dealership to family & friends. I felt like part of their family as opposed to just another customer. Keep up the good work team RBM of Atlanta North! More
