RBM of Atlanta North is a new style M.B dealership with all a new high tech shop and all the client amenities incl. internet, coffee and juice bar, big screen TV, comfy waiting area. From the minute you drive up and the greeter greets and welcomes you and takes your keys and car from you, you get a feeling of personal professional service. The service advisor (Victoria) made me feel like my little warranty problem was her most important problem of the day and would be all the way thru the repair process. They gave me a loaner (C300 with 660 miles on it) and then sent me an email in the afternoon to tell me my car was all fixed and ready for pickup. When I picked up the car, the greeter took the loaner and quickly pulled up my car. The repair work was done perfectly. This is the best dealer service experience I've had in 50 years of car ownership. More
When I walked into RBM of ATL North, I knew from the start I was in the right place. The overall atmosphere was much different than what I've experienced from other MB dealerships in the Atlanta area. T start I was in the right place. The overall atmosphere was much different than what I've experienced from other MB dealerships in the Atlanta area. The staff was courteous, attentive, knowledgeable, and patient. At the onset of the visit, my salesperson introduced me to the General Manager, who was the kindest person. He was polite and quite humble and as often as I came back and forth, he always approached me with the firmest handshake and never forgot my name. I'm not the easiest person to please therefore I knew this adventure would be one of length and would require much patience from the salesman. Stephen Moore was a GOD send. As often as I changed my mind (trying 3 different vehicles within 5 weeks, from not liking the color, options, interior, price), he never gave up on me. When I finally decided upon what I wanted, I realized they didn't have it on their lot, however was able to obtain it within 24 hours. After delivery of the vehicle, there were a few minor documents requiring completion. My husband was due to meet Stephen the next day. The next day we had a snow blizzard. Stephen asked us not to leave the house and he made the trip all the way to our door, in the blizzard. Talk about service! They are a team of professionals and seem to really care about their customers, realizing that MB customers are usually here to stay. I loved this experience so much, I have recommended this dealership to family & friends. I felt like part of their family as opposed to just another customer. We were seeking a low-mileage 2007 Mercedes E350 in excellent condition based on our positive experience with our 1999 E320. We were shown five vehicles which fulfilled our criteria. All employees were extremely friendly, courteous, and happy to answer any and all our questions. Bill Favini was particularly helpful, patient and pressureless and made the shopping experience very pleasant. Our selection is a beautiful silver car with ash interior. Everything is "as new" standard. It warranted the 'Certified' label which added an additional year to the warranty still left on the original purchase. It is a quiet, smooth ride and the braking system is incredible! We couldn't be happier because the price for all this was great. More

All of the areas we visited were spotless. The car I purchased was a used Mercedes (2002). When I picked the car up the following day, I spent nearly an hour with an associate who showed me all of the car's features and how to use them. Mike was available for any additional questions and we toured the service area which was as spotless as the showroom. The car had been meticulously prepared. If there is an interest in a Mercedes, new or used, I can highly recommend Mike and the RBM North dealership for an extremely pleasant car buying experience. More

Being a Mercedes owner already, I was confident in the safety and luxury features of the brand. I originally contacted Christine and was introduced to Adam Denault. Adam took his time to drive a variety of vehicles with me to ensure my initial choice was exactly the car I wanted. The low pressure and informative approach that Adam took is what will create life long customers (myself one of them). I dealt with Peter (general sales manager) in Adam's absence to get an extended demonstration to ensure the crossover would fit in my garage and be comfortable for my family to drive. There was excellent customer service at every turn. Jon was helpful in explaining the details of my lease payoff and the special financing offers. After delivery, we drove the car for the weekend and noticed a trim piece that needed adjustment. Adam personally took the car to service and took care of the issue with Dan. The car was returned the following day. For the proper treatment from the time you drive on the lot, to the full ownership experience, this is the only dealership I would recommend. My existing E320 was purchased from the other RBM location and after the purchase of my new to me R class, I will be a customer of this location for a long while. More

She introduced me to Adam Denault, my sales consultant, whom I highly recommend. Adam is not only knowledgeable and professional, but also friendly and helpful. I never felt any sales pressure, which I really appreciate. I also appreciate having a Mercedes-Benz dealership closer to me since I'm in Northeast Forsyth County. Everyone there always makes it a friendly, professional and welcoming environment. It's also very beautiful and comfortable. I also recommend the European Delivery Program (EDP) if you can visit Germany. The no haggle pricing of EDP and touring the Mercedes-Benz factory and Museum in Germany makes it a great value. Mercedes-Benz and RBM of Atlanta - North couldn't have made it any easier or a more rewarding experience. More

Great selection of used and new cars. Quality service and support. Attention to customer service and the entire customer experience. Willingness to point out flaws in a vehicle even if it risks a no-sale. Focus on helping the customer find the vehicle that meets their needs instead of the dealership's numbers. But, to find a dealership with all the above...priceless. Adam Denault, Dan and Duanne have all made my experience at RBM of Atlanta North one with no drama and nothing but satisfaction...from the initial test ride, to the purchase, to the subsequent service visits for minor repairs, this has been a first class endeavor. I fully recommend taking the ride to Forsyth County and choosing a vehicle from their selection. Even if you did not think you wanted a Mercedes, give them a visit. You will change your mind and never regret that you did. The car I purchased is a 2001 SL500 with only 40K miles. The car was priced right and they covered some minor repairs at no cost to me even though the car was not eligible for warranty coverage. Adam did not pressure me to choose a car or rush the deal. Granted, I already had narrowed my choices down to two vehicles when he met me, but there was never a sense of someone directing me to one vehicle over another. Most salesman seem to care more about their commisions than your satisfaction. Adam Denault was a pleasant exception to that rule. AND, I get the impression that everyone who works at RBM North is the same way. I could see how relaxed the other customers were each time I visited. The sales staff showed respect to the service area staff and they all seemed to be genuinely working together. This is a first class facility with matching staff. You can't go wrong if you choose to make your purchase there. More

My first service experience was last week and I must say I was very pleased. The Service Representative assigned to me is Victoria Cunningham. She was very professional in explaining the details of the what / when elements of what was going to happen. Shaping expectations is very important, but exceeding them is another art form all together. This is a top shelf dealership in every way including the sales team. I bought my car from Debbie Starks. She quickly understood what I was looking for and brought to my attention a killer car that I am very happy with. Doing the deal was a pleasure and it inspired my confidence in the Mercedes brand but in particular this dealership. I highly recommend this establishment. These people are fanatics about quality service and customer satisfaction. More
